Prof. Dr. Güven ÇANKAYA is an experienced physicist and academician. He completed his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees at the Department of Physics, Atatürk University. ÇANKAYA, who continued his academic career at Gaziosmanpaşa University, served as the founding Dean at Kastamonu University.
ÇANKAYA's research areas are quite broad, covering topics such as Plastic Deformation, Thin Film Solar Cells (CIGS), Semiconductors, Sensors, Metrology, Health Physics, CBRN, Biomimetics, Materials Science, and Nanotechnology. With 47 publications in SCI-indexed journals, ÇANKAYA is internationally recognized for his work.
In addition to his academic career, ÇANKAYA has held administrative positions at various universities and has carried out important projects at institutions such as TÜBİTAK. He has also made significant contributions to the dissemination of scientific knowledge by giving scientific trainings and seminars to teachers and students.
Prof. Dr. Güven ÇANKAYA is married and has two children. ÇANKAYA, who speaks English, currently works as a faculty member at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

Short-Bio:
Köksal Erenturk has a BSc degree from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, İstanbul, Türkiye 1994; MSc degree from the Istanbul University, Institute of Graduate Studies in Applied Sciences, İstanbul, Türkiye 1997; and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, Türkiye 2002. Currently he is serving as a full-professor in Faculty of Engineering, Department of both Electrical and Computer Engineering, at Atatürk University, Erzurum, Türkiye. He has also served as a faculty member at different universities in different countries such as Kuwait, Sweden, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and etc. He is a member of IEEE since 2008, and holding more than 10 awards from broad area of scientific societies. He has authored and coauthored more than 150 journal and conference papers. His work has focused on machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, generative adversarial networks, fuzzy logic and control, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, development and application of control theory to a variety of mechatronic systems, with a focus on observation and estimation-based control as well as highly efficient power converters, resonant and multilevel converters, including the modeling, control, and development of prototypes for various industrial applications in electric traction, renewable energy, power supplies for drives, energy storage devices, and their optimal control for electrified transportation and renewable energy applications.

Short-Bio:
Dr. Shahnaz N. Shahbazova received the academic degree of PhD in 1995, the academic title of associate professor in 1996, the academic degree of Doctor of Sciences in Engineering 2015. Since 2002, she has been an academician, and since 2014, Vice-President of the Lotfi A. Zadeh International Academy of Sciences. Since 2011, she has held the position of General Chair of the World Conference on Soft Computing (WConSC), dedicated to the preservation and development of the scientific heritage of Professor Lotfi A. Zadeh. She is an honorary professor at the Obuda University in Hungary and the “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad in Romania, an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy of Technical Sciences of the UNESCO International Personnel Academy.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the North American Society for Fuzzy Information Processing (NAFIPS); moderator of the Berkeley Soft Computing Initiative (BISC) group; member of the council 3338.01 “System Analysis, Management and Information Processing” for the defense of PhD and doctoral dissertations at the Institute of Control System, Ministry of Sciences and Educations of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Dr. Shahbazova participated in many international conferences as Organizer, Honorary Chair, Session Chair, member in Steering, Advisory or International Program Committees and Keynote Speaker. She is vice president of the International Academy of Science named Lotfi A.Zadeh and president of the Fuzzy System Association in Baku.
She’s awarded: India - 3 months (1998), Germany (DAAD)- 3 months (1999, 2003, 2010),
USA, California, Berkeley University (Fulbright) - (2007-2008, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017). She is the author of more than 286 scientific articles, 8 methodological manuals, 4 textbooks, 2 monographs, and 13 Springer publications Book. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Intelligent Systems, Machine Learning Methods for Decision Making, and Fuzzy Neural Networks.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Korhan Cengiz was born in Edirne, Turkey, in 1986. He received the BSc degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kocaeli University and Business Administration from Anadolu University, Turkey in 2008 and 2009 respectively. He took his MSc degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Namik Kemal University, Turkey in 2011, and the PhD degree in Electronics Engineering from Kadir Has University, Turkey in 2016. Since March 2023, He has been a Senior Researcher in the department of Information Technologies, University of Hradec Kralove, Kralove, Czech Republic. Since September 2022, He has been an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Engineering, Istinye University, Istanbul, Turkey. Since April 2022, he has been the chair of the research committee of University of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. Since August 2021, he has been an Assistant Professor at the College of Information Technology in University of Fujairah, UAE. Dr. Cengiz is the author of more than 40 SCI / SCI-E articles including IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Access, Expert Systems with Applications, Knowledge Based Systems and ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, 5 international patents, more than 10 book chapters, and 1 book in Turkish. He is editor of more than 20 books. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, wireless communications, statistical signal processing, indoor positioning systems, internet of things, power electronics and 5G. He is the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Potentials Magazine, Handling Editor of Microprocessors and Microsystems, Elsevier, Associate Editor of IET Electronics Letters, and IET Networks. Mister Zaza Davitadze graduated from Tbilisi state University RadioPhysics and Electronics Department in 1983. He postgraduate from Moscow Lomonosov state University Quantum RadioPhysics Department in 1989. He receive PhD in direction RadioPhysics including Quantum RadioPhysics in 1994. Zaza Davitadze started his scientific and academic life at Batumi State University (BSU) in 1983 and continuing present time. After receiving PhD he was appointed to the staff Computer Sciences Department of BSU in 1994. He still works in the same department. His sphere of interest is IoT, microcontrollers, Sensors, Electronics and PC hardwire. The number of journal articles and conference proceedings is more than 30 in last 15 years. Under his mentoring was graduated more then 15 master and bachelor students at BSU in last 10 years. As a Scientist he take parts in Georgian and European Scientific Grants programs. He has been a editor of book in the fields of robotics. In 2021 Zaza Davitadze issue book “Arithmetical and Logical Bases of Personal Computers”. He continues to work in the fields of Robotics, Remote controlling, IoT. Since 1998-2002 and 2002-2006 Zaza Davitadze was elected as a member of The Batumi City Council two time. He was a had of different commissions and vice chairman of Batumi City Council in period 1998-2006.
