December 4–5, 2026Ankara, TürkiyeVirtual Format

ISAS 2026 · Call for Papers

ISAS aims to advance the discourse on smart technologies, thereby shaping technological innovation across multiple engineering-based disciplines. Focusing on research that spans theoretical insights, empirical studies and practical applications, ISAS seeks to unlock the transformative potential of smart technologies across these diverse fields.

The technical program of ISAS 2026 will include presentations by invited speakers, panels, tutorials, special sessions, posters and regular sessions. ISAS is an international symposium supported by universities, research groups, companies and technology groups from many countries, providing a forum to communicate research results and innovative applications and to build collaborative networks between universities, researchers and the private sector. The technical sponsor of ISAS 2026 is the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society.

All submitted full papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated on the basis of originality, research content, correctness, relevance to the symposium and readability. Accepted and presented full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore®. Abstracts, tutorials and poster presentations will be published with an ISBN in the ISAS 2026 Companion Proceedings.
