Submission Policies

Length and Format

  • Full papers must be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 pages, including references, graphics and figures.
  • Poster papers may be up to 3 pages, including references.
  • All papers must be prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template.

Language

  • Papers must be written in English or Turkish. Submissions written in Turkish must include an English title and abstract.

Originality and Similarity

  • Submissions must be original and must not be under consideration for publication at any other conference or journal at the same time.
  • The similarity (plagiarism) rate must not exceed 30% including references and 20% excluding references. Submissions that do not meet this requirement will be rejected without peer review.

Review and Acceptance

  • All submissions are double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to the symposium and readability.
  • The acceptance rate is kept below 50%; priority is given to papers with high review scores.
  • If your acceptance letter covers an abstract only, you cannot submit a full paper on that basis. Converting an abstract into a full paper requires a new peer review.

  • A speaker can present a maximum of 3 papers.
  • An author may appear on a maximum of 5 papers.

Changes After the Deadline

  • Papers cannot be changed after the camera-ready submission deadline.
