ISAS
Privacy Statement
This statement explains how ISAS handles personal information in connection with this website and the symposium.
Data We Collect
This website does not collect personal information from visitors and has no user accounts. The web server may record standard technical access logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and operational purposes.
Data from authors and participants is collected in the external paper management system when they submit a paper or register. It includes the information needed for communication during the editorial process.
Purpose of Use
Data collected from registered users is used within the scope of the standard functioning of a blind peer-reviewed symposium: to make communication possible during the editorial process, to compile aggregated data on submissions and publications, and to understand the geographic and social dimensions of scholarly communication. The ISAS organization team uses this data to guide its work in publishing and improving the papers.
Names and email addresses are used exclusively for the stated purposes of ISAS and are not made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
External Platforms
Paper submission and registration are handled by the SETCMS paper management system. IEEE publication steps use IEEE PDF eXpress and the IEEE copyright system. Optional communication channels include WhatsApp and Facebook. These services are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. Fonts and other assets are served from this website without third-party requests.
